Following is an outline of board types and processes currently being manufactured at W-Tek, Inc. We are not limited to just these board types or requirements and our engineering personnel are always available to work with you on new technologies or your specific requirements.

ORDER QUANTITIES

W-Tek, Inc. is most competitive on prototype to low production quantities although some of our customers use us on production runs with split deliveries to maintain the quality and delivery available with our boards.

LEAD TIME

Turnaround times of 24-hours are available on most designs. Our standard quoted lead time is 3 to 4 weeks.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

W-Tek, Inc. has manufactured boards with aluminum and copper cores, thermally bonded heatsinks, blind & buried vias, cavity boards, edge plating, controlled impedence, mixed laminates, scored & breakaway panelization as well as many other specific customer requirements.

SPECIFICATIONS

W-Tek, Inc. is ISO-9002 Certified, U.L. Certified, Bellcore Compliant and certified to MIL-PRF-55110F Amendment 1for Type 3, GF and GI material with formal etchback and has a quality assurance system designed to comply with most commercial and military prototype requirements.
