Mixed Material, (Rogers 4350) and Polyclad FR-370 16 layer board with Blind Vias, Plated Cavities, Edge Plating, and Controlled Impedance.  This board has a little bit of almost everything!  We are shipping these parts with a Flat Solderable Tin finish, although earlier rev's had an immersion gold finish.  Lead times for this bad boy have been around 2 weeks.  Ask Sharon to show you a sample of these the next time you see her.

Mixed Material, (Rogers 4003 and Speed board C Pre Preg) 3 layer with Cavities exposing circuitry plated with Bondable Gold.  Microstrip circuitry with Line Width Tolerances of  ±.0005, round out the requirements on this little board.

Mixed Material, (Rogers 4003, Polyimide, Polyclad FR-370, and Rogers TMM-3… sounds like a PCB Salad!) Plated Pocket Milling, Gold Plating, Blind Vias, and Edge Plating, combine to make this one of our most difficult boards to date.  Sharon keeps one of these in her pocket and shows it to almost anyone who will look.

W-tek is MIL-PRF-55110F qualified.

Flat Solderable Tin is up and running.  (We have a Dexter Line) Environmentally this is a MUCH better surface finish than HASL, (no-lead) and most of our customers that  have tried it really like the flat surface.  If you need a sample, call our sales department and we will get you literature and a sample board.
